Head of Strategy Deployment Division Europe

As Head of Strategy Deployment Division Europe, you play a key leadership role in ensuring that our strategic and commercial priorities are clearly achieved, consistently executed and sustainably delivered across all European markets. Based in Lucerne, you work closely with the European leadership team and senior stakeholders across Europe, connecting strategy with impact and driving measurable results in a complex, international environment. The role requires regular travel across European markets (approximately 40%).
What impact you can have
- You structure, manage and continuously evolve the divisional strategic planning and steering process in close collaboration with the EVP Europe, creating clarity on priorities and enabling aligned, fact-based decision-making.
- You translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives, clear milestones and measurable outcomes-and steer execution through transparent performance tracking, prioritization and timely corrective actions.
- You provide divisional leadership and coordination for selected Supply Chain, Sustainability and Procurement topics, ensuring cross-functional alignment and pragmatic execution.
- You act as a key interface between the Division, markets and Group Functions, strengthening governance, collaboration and consistent execution across Europe.
What you bring to the table
- You bring 5–10 years of experience in strategy deployment, business steering, commercial or operational leadership roles-ideally within FMCG or a similarly complex, international environment.
- You have a strong track record of translating strategic priorities into executable initiatives, performance routines and measurable results.
- You combine strategic thinking with execution discipline, analytical rigor and a highly structured way of working in complex matrix organizations.
- You are an effective integrator and stakeholder manager who collaborates confidently across functions, markets and seniority levels and creates alignment around priorities and decisions.
- You bring sound business acumen and exposure to Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Sustainability topics relevant to divisional steering and transformation.
- You are a proactive, credible and resilient personality who brings clarity, pace and ownership to strategic and cross-functional topics.
- You are fluent in English and German; additional European languages are an advantage, and you are willing to travel regularly across Europe.
