Our insights are the foundation for strategic decisions across marketing, innovation, and branding. As a Consumer Insights Manager in the global team you'll analyze consumer data, lead market research projects, and collaborate closely with the Swiss marketing team and our international colleagues 🌍. You will work across a wide range of dairy categories 🧀🥛🍦🧈 and help shape the future of beloved brands.
As a member of the Consumer Insights team you will have a key role in shaping Emmi's marketing strategies by delivering deep consumer understanding and actionable insights. We turn insights into impact – interested in joining the journey?

What impact you can have

  • Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to understand research needs and priorities and define specific research approaches.
  • Design, manage and organize market research projects (focus quantitative research) across different markets and product categories. 📊
  • Coordinate and steer external research agencies to ensure smooth and impactful project delivery.
  • Translate data into clear, objective and compelling insights and actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions.🤝
  • Work confidently with panel data, turning numbers into meaningful insights. 📂
  • Explore and adopt new tools, approaches, and innovative methodologies to deliver richer, faster and more actionable insights. 🔎
  • Support the Commercial Excellence Initiative by providing robust data foundations and driving insight-led thinking in key strategic areas. 📈

What you bring to the table

  • University degree in Market Research, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience, including 2–3 years in quantitative market research – ideally within FMCG. 📈
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into meaningful stories.📊
  • Expertise in different research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) and experience with market and panel data.📉
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects on track at the same time. 
  • A proactive mindset and the drive to move things forward independently. 🚀
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders. 🤝
  • Curious and passionate about understanding consumer behavior.
  • You are fluent in English. German is a big plus.
